Developed, owned and operated an innovative wellness program for

organizations. MHT involves health risk assessments, pre- and
post-fitness and phlebotomy screenings interfaced with 10
foundation health education and experiential classes along with
quarterly wellness “booster” classes. Each class integrates
state-of-the-art nutritional, exercise and behavioral sciences

comprehensive nutrition assessment, education, rehabilitative plan,
