1. HEALTH

colorful animated power-point slide presentation, you will learn
some POWERFUL, provocative, “meat-on-the-bone” health strategies to
enable you to step beyond where you are NOW to maximize your genes
to work for you in creating optimal health. Beware, humor is

2. PHARMACOGNOSY:
The Study of Food and Teas as Medicine: This presentation will help
you “dive’ deeper to understand the health benefits of using
certain foods and teas as natural remedies for ailments and prevent
disease. Plant foods are found to contain naturally occurring
healing substances known as phytochemicals. Such foods are often
referred to as functional foods, designer foods, chemopreventative
agents, pharmafoods or neutraceuticals and they are taking center
stage in nutrition and health research. In this lecture you will
learn how to use specific plant foods and teas for taking care of
specific cells in your body. If Pure Cuisine is served you will eat
and learn about some of these healing foods. Be prepared, your

MATCHING SEMINAR: Figuring Out Your “Blueprint” to Eat and Live
Well When You Can’t Diet Anymore! This 4 presentation seminar will
teach you a deeper understanding of the need for metabolic matching
using nutritional, exercise, behavioral and genetic sciences to
fuel your cells, shrink the fat cells and keep from -refeeding
them. Interfaced with these sciences is the biochemistry behind our
metabolic “highway” to facilitate you in discovering the best
“blueprint” for a leaner body. Learn how to decrease your appetite
and manage a long-lasting healthy weight . The following represents
the some of the content and questions covered during this seminar.
